SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. In the first embodiment, camouflaged vehicle comprises a vehicle having lighting equipment and multiple windows, camouflage and additional lighting equipment. Masking is located above outer side of vehicle and enables observation through windows. According to the second embodiment, camouflaged vehicle comprises additional lighting equipment located outside camouflage and corresponding to a fragment of lighting equipment. Method of camouflaged vehicle operation includes stages, at which vehicle outer side is covered with camouflage except for windows. Additional lighting equipment is maintained nearby the coated lighting equipment. Lighting equipment and additional lighting equipment are operated in parallel.

EFFECT: improved masking of vehicle appearance.
