FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric machine (1) contains rotor (2), which is surrounded radially outside by stator (5), and stator (5) – housing (7). On axial ends of rotor (2) and stator (5) there are covers (8, 9), by means of which rotor (2) and stator (5) are encapsulated from surrounding space. Cover (8) is radially outside and axially on the side facing from rotor (2) and stator (5) is surrounded by air guide element (12), and cover (9) is by internal ring element (13). In housing (7) or between housing (7) and stator (5) there are axially passing first (14) and second (21) cooling channels. Rotor shafts (3) and/or rotor (2) accommodate axially extending rotor channels (20). Flow (16) of cooling air is supplied via first cooling channels (14) to air guide element (12) or in gap between cover (8) and air guide element (12), deflects radially inward, is supplied via rotor channels (20) to inner annular element (13) or in gap between cover (9) and internal annular element (13), deviates radially outward, and is supplied to the second cooling channels (21).
EFFECT: improved removal of heat losses.
