METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF CLINICAL COURSE OF LIPIDEMIA Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2714689 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in cardiology and therapy. Method for prediction of lipidemia is characterized by laboratory examination of blood lipids before and after treating lipidemia with further determination of the atherogenic coefficient, additionally before and after treatment, (QXC+TAG)/XC HDL cholesterol is determined, and the presented atherogenic coefficient is simultaneously reduced to 4.0 and below, total cholesterol level by 25 % and more and low density lipoprotein level cholesterol by 20 % and more as compared to the initial level, the lipidemia course is considered favorable, and if the suggested atherogenic coefficient is reduced to 4.1 and more, total cholesterol is reduced by 24 % and less, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol is decreased by 19 % and less as compared to the initial level, the prognosis of the clinical course of the lipidemia is considered to be unfavorable.

EFFECT: method is simple in implementation and interpretation of the obtained results, and also provides higher accuracy of prediction of clinical course of lipidemia.
