METHOD FOR ASSESSING A POSSIBLE HIGH, MODERATE AND LOW RISK OF THROMBOGENIC COMPLICATIONS OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE COURSE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B10/00 G01N33/92 G01N33/86

Abstract RU 2721877 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy and cardiology, and can be used to assess high, moderate and low risk of thrombogenic complications of coronary heart disease (CHD) course. Before treating the disease, triacylglycerol (TAG) is evaluated, and the atherogenicity coefficient is calculated as the relation (TC + TAG)/CH HDL cholesterol. If the atherogenic coefficient is 4.1 and more, while the total cholesterol level is increased by 50 % and more as compared to the control and the APPT value of 23–25 s, a high risk of thrombogenic complications of the clinical course of CHD is evaluated. If the atherogenicity coefficient is 4.1 or more, the total blood cholesterol is increased by 40–49 % and the APPT value is 26–28 s, a moderate risk of thrombogenic complications of CHD is evaluated. If the atherogenicity coefficient is 4.1 and more, the total blood cholesterol is increased by 30–39 %, the APPT value is 29–31 s, the low risk of thrombogenic coronary heart disease is assessed.

EFFECT: method enables higher accuracy of assessing the possible high, moderate and low risk of thrombogenic complications of the clinical course of ischemic heart disease by evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
