METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF POSSIBLE THROMBOGENIC COMPLICATIONS IN ATHEROGENIC GENESIS LIPIDEMIA AND CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS OF STRESS ANGINA OF DIFFERENT FUNCTIONAL CLASSES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2721687 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in cardiology and therapy to predict possible thrombogenic complications. Method for prediction of possible thrombogenic complications in atherogenic genesis of lipidemia and clinical diagnosis of exertional angina of various functional classes involves analysis of blood lipids with subsequent calculation of atherogenic coefficient by formula (TC + TAG)/CH HDL and activated partial thromboplastin time. With simultaneous increase of the presented atherogenic coefficient to 4.1 and more at norm of 3.0–4.0 standard units, total cholesterol increase by 35–40 % compared to control making 4.11 ± 0.14 mmol/l, and the value of the activated partial thromboplastin time of 25–31 s at a norm of up to 39 s, the risk of possible thrombogenic complications in the atherogenic genesis lipidemia is diagnosed. If the activated partial thromboplastin time is 32–39 s, the normal value of the suggested atherogenic coefficient and the total blood cholesterol increase by less than 30 %, there is no risk of possible thrombogenic complications.

EFFECT: method is simple in implementation and interpretation of the obtained results, it allows increasing accuracy of prediction of thrombogenic complications.
