FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: conical inertia crusher is intended for crushing materials, consists of housing with outer cone and internal cone inside it, on driven shaft of which by means of a bushing of the sleeve there is an unbalance connected via a transmission disk coupling with a single movable dynamic assembly including an anti-balance and a counter-balance sliding sleeve, which is connected to the gear and to the engine, is characterized by the presence of an improved thrust slide bearing. Slide bearing is installed between the flange and the anti-balancer, carries the load of the movable part of the crusher, consists of the support ring and the upper ring; the support ring has a spherical lower surface and a corresponding recess on the upper surface of the flange.

EFFECT: bearing allows movable dynamic unit to rotate around axis, using advantages of hydrodynamic sliding mode, for which on upper surface of support ring radial oil-conducting grooves are additionally made.
