SUBSTANCE: device is intended for use in enterprises for production of vegetable oil from collapsed rape seeds. Disclosed is a rape seeds crushing device comprising a vertical cylindrical housing, inside which there is an annular deck in the form of a truncated cone and a rotor device with radial blades, fixed with a cone distributor with a rotary shaft, loading hopper with a movable conical distributor on a vertical rod, as well as a branch pipe for diverting ruck and a drive. Inner surface of annular deck in form of truncated cone comprises vertical oblique teeth located along its height.
EFFECT: invention provides increased content of free fruit shell.
