FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cast prefabricated prestressed concrete articles, in particular to casting of concrete articles using sliding formwork. More specifically, this invention relates to tensioning prestressed strands during casting. According to the method, the reinforcing strands are subjected to tensioning, by means of the appropriate device, in the bundle on the molding stand before the casting with the sliding formwork. Parameters influencing the tension process are measured during the strands tensioning process. At the same time the design characteristic of the measured parameters influencing the tension process during the strands tension process is set. At that, manifestation and change of said measured parameters is compared to their specified design characteristic during strands tensioning process. Said measured parameters include force applied during strand tensioning, and elongation of reinforcing strand bundle. When specifying the calculated characteristics of said measured parameters, the number and type of reinforcement strands in the bundle are used, and in the process of tensioning the bundle of reinforcement strands, the effect of friction created by combs used for fixture of reinforcement strands is taken into account, and a tension device is calibrated, during which corresponding coefficients are introduced.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of tensioning reinforcement strands, thereby improving quality of cast concrete article.
