FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to casting prefabricated concrete articles used in building construction, more specifically, invention relates to method and corresponding device for casting prefabricated concrete articles with sliding casing. Proposed method comprises feeding concrete mass at, at least, one stage (2; 22, 23) into casting mold (4, 5, 6) with sliding casing to seal and form cast product. At least one element (10; 25) is introduced into the concrete mass through the upper surface of the cast product after said at least one stage (2; 22, 23) of feeding concrete mass and before final sealing of the upper surface of the cast product. At that, direction of input of said at least one element (10; 25) into concrete mass is adjusted before input. Device comprises devices (2; 22, 23) for feeding concrete mass on at least one stage of feeding into mold (4, 5, 6) for casting with sliding casing, sealing and forming cast product. Besides, device comprises devices (9; 24) for input of at least one element (10; 25) into concrete mass through top surface of cast concrete product after said at least one stage of concrete mass supply and before sealing of upper surface of cast product by upper surface (6) of mold (4, 5, 6) for casting with sliding formwork.
EFFECT: technical result is improved strength characteristics of prefabricated concrete articles due to appropriate orientation of reinforcing elements.
