FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment in machine building and can be used for complex tests of winches. Proposed device comprises hydraulic plant, drive, brake, loading device with drive drum and cable-laying machine, mounting part with frame. Mounting plate is mounted on the frame through a strain-gauge force sensor and a resilient element with possibility of longitudinal movement along the frame guide rollers. Loading device drum is connected through gear transmissions, intermediate shafts, reduction gears and couplings with frequency-regulated electric motors. Stand automatic control system is connected to the strain gauge force sensor and the hydraulic motor main motor through the flow meter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining required error of force reproduction on traction winch cable, possibility of stabilizing rotation processes of drive drum without considerable fluctuations of its rotation frequency and accordingly forces on rope of tested traction winch in test mode.
