FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of test equipment in mechanical engineering and can be used to set up and test the operability of the winch traction force limiting mechanism, including those installed on vehicles. The device contains a force-receiving device, hydraulic equipment and a measuring and control system. The force-receiving device consists of a pedestal, to which a double-acting hydraulic cylinder with rod and rodless cavities is attached with the help of a bracket, additionally resting on a fixed support. A force sensor is attached to the hydraulic cylinder rod, which interacts with a rod resting on the pedestal through a sliding support, while a cable of an adjustable winch (not shown) is attached to the end of the rod opposite from the force sensor. The measuring and control system includes a complex of control equipment that processes signals coming from a force sensor through a signal converter and from an end position sensor mounted on a pedestal and generating control signals for hydraulic equipment, a light and sound alarm and a video graphic recorder. The hydraulic equipment consists of a tank with a pump mounted on it with an electric motor and a safety valve connected by hydraulic lines that limits the pressure developed by the pump, a three-position four-line hydraulic distributor that provides a change in the direction of the flow of the working fluid from the pump, a hydraulic lock that limits the movement of the working fluid in the opposite direction, a booster valve that limits the pressure of the working fluid in the hydropneumatic accumulator, which ensures a smooth increase in traction on the winch cable due to the accumulation of the working fluid displaced from the rod end of the double-acting hydraulic cylinder and the impact on it from the gas chamber of the hydropneumatic accumulator.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of measuring the traction force of winches of different types, and obtaining an objective value of the maximum actuation force of the winch limiter, the ability to provide the required dynamics of the increase in force and to adjust the mechanism for limiting the maximum traction force in the winch.
