FIELD: electrical communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in constructing inter-machine data transmission networks with possibility of controlling access between devices. Technical result of the claimed technical solution is achieved by controlling access to information for all pairs of interacting devices of the inter-machine network, between which communication is established, with respect for access rules, namely, allowing or denying access to a device requesting access to information in the form of forwarding network packets to another device of an inter-machine network, in accordance with an access control matrix formed on the basis of selecting work functions – roles of devices and types of access to information between devices.

EFFECT: design of a method of controlling access to information between devices in inter-machine data networks with provision of stable and safe interaction of devices excluding unauthorized access of devices to each other.
