FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and is intended for determination of strength parameters of rocks, in particular for compression. Proposed device comprises housing accommodating coaxial loading plunger to displace in body guides, hinge and punch made with flat support planes to interact with rock top and bottom ends. Device is equipped with a shell in the form of a cylinder, made of shrink material, which provides placement of the sample of rock and tight connection with external end sections of the hinge element and the puncheon, from the outside the hinge element and the punch are rigidly fixed by the upper and lower rings, the rings are fixed with two screws. Screws are installed in holes of upper ring and screwed into threaded holes of lower ring and arranged at angle of 180° relative to each other. Upper ring of the hinged element and the lower ring of the puncheon are equipped with additional holes providing for the rod installation. In additional hole of lower punch of puncheon there installed is sensor of axial movement of sample of rock. In middle of sample of rock, the shell is tightened by chain equipped with clamps with holes at its ends. One of the holes of the clamp is equipped with a sensor of transverse movement of the sample of mine rock with a pin installed in the holes of the clamps. Axis and transverse movement sensors are equipped with electric wires for data transmission to a personal computer.
EFFECT: technical result is broader technological and functional capabilities of the device, high accuracy of results of testing rock samples for compression, high safety during testing, as well as high culture of production.
