FILTER COMPENSATING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H02J3/01

Abstract RU 2714925 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: filter compensating device relates to electrical engineering. Device comprises compensated electric network 1 with first 2 and second 3 terminals, wherein first terminal 2 of network 1 is connected to series connected to each other, according to first 4 and second 5 correction wound coils, and second terminal 3 of network 1 is connected to series-connected to each other, according to third 6 and fourth 7 wound coils of correction. First output 2 of network 1 is connected by initial output 8 of the first correction coil 4, and its terminal output 9 with initial output 10 of correction coil 5 having terminal output 11. Terminal 3 of network 1 is connected to initial lead 12 of correction coils 6, and its terminal lead 13 is connected to initial lead 14 of coil 7, having terminal lead 15. Coils 4 and 5, like coils 6 and 7, are identical and located on two U-shaped magnetic conductors with rods 16 and 17, which are made of electrical steel and separated from each other by identical lengths by two non-magnetic gaps 18. On rods 16 and 17 windings of first 19 and second 20 sections are located, at that first section 19 has first 21, second 22, third 23 and fourth 24 leads and is connected according to the first correction coil 4, and second section 20 – first 25, second 26, third 27 and fourth 28 leads and is connected according to fourth correction coil 7. Second output 22 of first section 19 is connected to first output 25 of second section 20, and fourth output 24 of first section 19 is connected to third output 27 of second section 20. Third output 23 of first section 19 and second terminal 26 of second section 20 are open. At that, terminal lead 11 of the second correction coil 5 is connected to the beginning of lead 21 of first section 19, and terminal lead 15 of the fourth correction coil 7 is connected to the beginning of second lead 28 of second section 20. Capacitor is made in the form of series-connected sections 19 and 20 on rods 16 and 17, at that each section 19 and 20 is wound in the form of double-wind windings from identical insulated conductors 29, 30 from aluminum foil and dielectric films 31, 32 and interconnected series according.

EFFECT: filter compensating device can be used in reactive power compensation units and allows to reduce weight and dimensions, at the same time to ensure reduction of additional losses leading to increase in power factor.
