FIELD: micromechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromechanics, in particular to vibration-type micromechanical gyroscopes (MMG). Substance of the invention consists in the fact that the experimentally determined dependence of the compensating voltage amplitude on the in-phase electrodes on the output signal of the built-in temperature sensor with variation of the ambient temperature, then this relationship is realized by means of introduction of voltage conversion unit, voltage is generated on in-phase electrodes by modulation of output signal of voltage conversion unit by reference signal of demodulator.
EFFECT: higher MMG accuracy.
