FIELD: education.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coordination of content of functional units of training courses. Each of the separate functional units is divided into fragments having an independent and complete semantic content, with assigning to each of the fragments a unique identification attribute (IA); detecting fragments with similar semantic content with formation of first groups of IA fragments having similar semantic content; detecting fragments having interconnected presentation forms with formation of second groups of IA fragments having interconnected presentation forms; and when receiving a change request for the main variable fragment, IA of the first variable fragment is determined, the main substitute fragment is formed by making the requested changes to the main variable fragment with assignment to the replacement fragment of the unique IA.
EFFECT: reduced time and labor costs for updating training, certification and examination programs taking into account dynamic changes in normative documents and taking into account both positive and negative experience of personnel work.
