Method of accounting for changes in content of regulatory documents while ensuring safety of flights, and includes steps of forming a database of normative documents, extracting from regulatory documents fragments, with assignment of unique identification feature to each of fragments, separate positions of training program are formed, with indication of positions using fragments from normative documents, conformity of set of positions of changed training program is checked.
