SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Method of detecting unauthorized changes to a certificate store on a device in real time comprises tracking changes in the operating system of the device with respect to the certificate store; detecting changes with respect to certificate store on device; obtaining information on at least one certificate, which is associated with change in relation to certificate store; comparison of obtained certificate information with similar information on known certificates; as a result of comparison detection, unauthorized change with respect to certificate storage on device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing detection of unauthorized change with respect to certificate storage on device in real time.
