SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of accounting for income of legal entities and individuals and can be used to identify due taxes. Substance of the device consists in the fact that each place of use, having a door, shall provide the latter with an automatic lock and have a digital mobile cash register device for payment of its occupation by the visitor who occupied this place of use, device has a power supply unit for connecting the device to the electrical network of the object, a power supply controller for voltage conversion, a simplified processor for implementing software, a flash memory for storing software, simplified RAM for temporary storage of data, a terminal for inserting into the device an individual card of the moment of occupancy of the said place of use of said visitor and automatic locking of the door of the use place with non-payment of the occupied space by the visitor when time is enough for payment thereof, unit for issuing a value of payment for a given point in kopecks, a unit for withdrawing from the card of said visitor the value of payment for occupying a given place, a simple receiving/transmitting device for transmitting an electronic signal on the number of cents in the amount of money received for payment, a power amplifier for amplifying the signal to a power level required for emitting an electromagnetic signal to the antenna, an antenna with an antenna switch, a unit for determining the profit of the owner of the location by the financial and taxation service, subtracting from the total amount of profit the value of the tax due to the owner of the place of use.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is an immediate real-time accounting of the profit received by the owner of the paid place, and due taxes from legal and physical persons when paying for visits to entertainment enterprises, computer rooms and other facilities, where the visitor must occupy a paid place.
