SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated means of accounting and collection of taxes from legal entities and individuals and can be used to identify due taxes. System consists of instruments (local terminals) having a counter, a keyboard, a portable display, an audio signal output device, calculating machine of tax inspection, made with possibility of its connection with sealed counters of individual devices for accounting for income of individuals or devices for recording income and expenditures of legal entities, and each institution is equipped with a turnstile, which operates to prohibit passage to citizens without presenting an identity card and prohibiting the citizens from leaving the institution without paying for the services provided to them, each place in the institution has a digital mobile cash register device for paying for the services provided, wherein each digital mobile cash register device has a power supply unit for its connection to the electrical network, a power controller, a processor, flash memory, RAM, terminal for introduction into this device of numbers of provided services and their payment by an individual card of a citizen, automatic closing to the output of the turnstile at non-payment of the provided services by the visitor, unit for issuing value of payment for this place in kopecks, unit for withdrawal from card of said visitor of value of payment for services, transceiver for transmission of electronic signal on number of kopecks in amount of money received for payment, a power amplifier, an antenna with an antenna switch, a unit for determining the profit of the owner of a given location by the financial and taxation service, subtracting from the total amount of profit the value of the tax due to the owner.
EFFECT: technical result is automation of accounting and collection of taxes when using hotels, restaurants, cafes and fitness clubs and other institutions, providing paid services to citizens, and due from their owners.
