SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for accounting and collection of taxes from legal entities and individuals. Claimed system consists of instruments, which are a counter, a keyboard, a portable display, an audio signal output device, a tax inspection computer, made with possibility of its docking with sealed counters of individual devices for accounting of incomes of physical persons, at the entrances there are installed digital cash devices for payment of visits to the institution, device has power supply unit for connection of device to electric network, power supply controller for voltage conversion, simplified processor for software implementation, flash memory for storage of software, simplified RAM for temporary storage of data, terminal for introduction into device by application of individual card or mobile telephone, having a program for payment of visits to an institution, a unit for withdrawing from the card or mobile phone of that visitor the value of payment for visiting the institution, a unit for monitoring the payment for attendance by a given visitor with a call on the absence of visiting payment and the blocking unit of the entry turnstile, simple transceiver for transmitting an electronic signal on the number of cents in the amount of money received for visiting payment, a power amplifier for amplifying the signal to a power level required for emitting an electromagnetic signal to the antenna, an antenna with an antenna switch.
EFFECT: disclosed invention provides an immediate, real-time accounting of due taxes from legal entities and individuals when paying for a visit to a paid institution, where individual places are not provided.
