SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a motor vehicle, comprising: a cabin, in which a row of seats, a structural element and a retractable storage device are installed. Retractable storage device comprises: rigid first end wall and two flexible vertically spaced apart side walls. Each of side walls has first and second ends and is fixed by first ends to first end wall. When the first end wall is in the engaged position, the first end wall and two side walls form three sides of the enclosure for storing small objects supported by the structural element (instrument panel). Central through space is formed between the structural element and row of seats. When the retractable storage device is in the activated state, the first end wall is removed from the structural element so that the flexible side walls extend substantially to the entire longitudinal depth of the central passage space.

EFFECT: providing folding device for storage, providing large volume for storage in unfolded position in relation to folded position, wherein in folded state space is provided for passage.
