FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Device for application of cuts on dough workpiece comprises beam 2 fixed on racks, circular tape 4 with blades 6 located on guides 3 fixed on beam 2, motor-reducer, output shaft of which is connected via frequency converter with belt 4 with blades 6, as well as connected to automatic control unit, and facility for wetting of knives. Blades 6 are fixed on belt 4 by means of brackets 5 and fasteners in the form of screws M5, and guide is made with boards 14 along edges and with two parallel slots 15 for ends of fasteners. Device is equipped with device to exclude tape sagging with knives made in form of two shaped elements 8 fixed in lower part of beam on both sides.
EFFECT: invention allows improving reliability and productivity of the device with simultaneous improvement of quality of the products manufactured on it.
