FIELD: metal forming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for production of sections from metal band. Proposed device comprises bed, first and second shaping modules and cutting module. Profiling modules are made with possibility of mounting rolls on them and include bearing housing. Said housing accommodates chain and gear drive. Guide for positioning the band during threading into the rolls is fixed on the housing. First profiling module can be mounted on movable carriage while second profiling module can be mounted on fixed carriage. Torque dissipation mechanism is arranged to transmit torque to gear and chain drives of profiling modules. Cutting module comprises support plate with guide, L-like bracket and box-type disk knife. L-shaped bracket has the possibility of being moved along the guide of the support plate. Box-type disk knife is installed on the L-shaped bracket with a possibility of being turned at change of cutting modes and fixation on the specified guide.

EFFECT: it provides the ability to quickly retool the device to switch to another type of product.
