SUBSTANCE: field of application: electrical equipment. Drive mechanism for medium-voltage automatic circuit breaker or automatic reclosure device comprises at least one movable contact with contact rod, actuated by electromagnetic drive or electric drive, and spring, wherein spring is located in kinematic chain between drive and movable contact or contact rod. To obtain refined signal on real state of functional performance of drive, assembly consisting of movable contact (3) and drive (10) of movable contact is additionally equipped with means of detecting activation of micro-motions and feedback control means by activation of micro-motion to record actual mobility and operability of movable contact drive without changing current position of switch.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in reliability of circuit breaker operation.
