FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the method for manufacturing an automatic circuit breaker containing at least one pole part (2; 2a, 2b, 2c) with a respective body for encapsulation of an insert (4) of the circuit breaker with two respective electrical contacts and an adjoining drive part (3) with intermediate drive mechanism (5). Manufacture of the device includes formation out of plastic by pressure die-casting of a multichamber body (1) with the first chamber (9) and at least one auxiliary chamber (10). The drive part (3) is placed in the first chamber, and the insert (4) is placed in the auxiliary chamber (10). The intermediate drive mechanism (5) is installed through a location hole (6) in the common side wall (7) between the chambers (9, 10). A reinforcement plate (8) is formed at least in the common wall (7) between the chambers (9, 10).

EFFECT: development of a compact circuit breaker featured by simple assembly and increased mechanical strength.
