FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a workpiece for support tabs, pins or abutments for a CAD/CAM processing device with an upper surface and a lower surface, which contain a cell filled with composite material for mechanical processing using CAD/CAM, method of billet manufacturing for support tabs, pins or abutments and composite fibre of support tab. Composite material contains fibres enclosed in a cross-linked polymer matrix. 100 % fibres are longitudinal unidirectional fibres arranged vertically in the matrix relative to the upper and lower surfaces of the base. Base is made from resin located throughout the thickness and between each cell. Proposed method comprises placing cylinders made up of lengthwise unidirectional fibres enclosed in cross-linked polymer matrix into bearing moulds for support inlays, pins or abutments. Then resin is poured between each cylinder. Further, said resin is cross-linked and a workpiece made of cross-linked resin, including parts of rods, is removed from the mould. Composite fibre of the support insert comprises longitudinal unidirectional fibres enclosed in a cross-linked polymer matrix.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a workpiece, which can be machined using CAD/CAM, for making composite fibres of support tab, pins or screws for implants.
