FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to dentistry, and is intended for replacement of dentition defect of small length. Tooth preparation is removed by limiting defect, previously existing seals, restoration, cavities, maximally preserving healthy solid tooth tissues, with formation on distal from defect aproximal retention slots in form of longitudinal half cone base diameter 2 mm, turned towards gingival edge, at 1.5 mm, changing on intra-oral and chewing tooth surface. Optical impression is obtained. Method includes modelling by digital model structure bridges of fixed denture supported by insert repeating shape absent solid dental tissues. Checking articulatory motions in computer articulator with reduction of digital model of prosthesis in points of contact with solid tissues tooth 20 mcm. Obtained digital model is cut. Obtained structure is synthesized and individualised with subsequent fixation of prosthesis in oral cavity on glass ionomer cement.
EFFECT: method enables to replace denture defect with minimally invasive, precision, aesthetic ceramic structure.
