FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition used for structural timber adhesives. Said composition contains lignin dispersed in polyisocyanate. Average particle size (d90) of the dispersed lignin is less than 5 mcm.
EFFECT: obtained composition is characterized by improved stability, flammability, manufacturability, particle size and/or particle size distribution, and also provides improved properties when used in applications of polyurethane, including as an adhesive, demonstrating improved modulus of elasticity, strength and characteristics of filling gaps.
