CATALYST FOR MEDIUM DISTILLATE HYDROCRACKING, COMPRISING BASE EXTRUDATE HAVING HIGH VOLUME OF NANOPORES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B01J29/14 B01J35/10 C10G45/64

Abstract RU 2715713 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to improved hydrocracking catalysts containing an amorphous aluminosilicate (ASA) base and an aluminum oxide carrier. Invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst comprising: basic extrudate containing at least one molecular sieve, aluminum oxide and amorphous aluminosilicate carrier, where base extrudate has volume of nanopores in range from 6 to 11 nm, making from 0.5 to 0.9 cm3/g; and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Group 6 and Group 8–10 elements of the periodic table, wherein said at least one molecular sieve is selected from a group consisting of BEA-, ISV-, BEC-, IWR-, MTW-, *STO-, OFF-, MAZ-, MOR-, MOZ-, AFI-, *NRE, SSY-, FAU-, EMT-, ITQ-21-, ERT-, ITQ-33- and ITQ-37-types of molecular sieves and mixtures thereof, and where said at least one metal includes Ni and W, wherein base extrudate is formed using aluminum oxide having volume of nanopores in range from 6 to 11 nm, making from 0.1 to 0.3 cm3 /g, and using an amorphous aluminosilicate support having a nanopore volume in range of 6 to 11 nm, from 0.6 to 0.9 cm3/g. Invention also relates to methods (embodiments) of hydrocracking of hydrocarbon-containing raw material.

EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining hydrocracking catalysts, in which a combination of high-volume nanopore bases of ASA and an aluminum oxide support is used, high efficiency of using hydrogen and higher output and quality of the product compared to conventional hydrocracking catalysts containing traditional base of ASA and aluminum oxide components.
