SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for sampling and separation of bone marrow into fractions. Device is made in the form of a syringe comprising a hollow cylindrical body equipped with a neck-cannula at one end and open from the opposite end, piston installed inside housing with possibility of reciprocating movement, detachable rod connected by threaded connection with piston and coming out from open side of housing, on neck-cannula of housing there is threaded connection "luer-lock" and installed needle with cannula, outer surface of housing is made without protruding elements, open end of housing comprises piston blocking device, which prevents free piston outlet from housing, on housing there is scale in milliliters for control of body filling volume, detachable rod is connected to piston, through pin, by means of threaded connection "luer-lock", pin is connected to piston with possibility of removal and has internal thread "luer-lock", on end of stem external thread "luer-lock" is made, needle is made in the form of biopsy needle with cannula "luer-lock", inner volume of syringe intended for filling makes 20 to 50 ml.

EFFECT: device for sampling and separation of bone marrow into fractions is proposed.
