FIELD: valve manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline control valves, which is structurally made of a housing equipped with an electric drive with a reduction gear and mechanized control circuit, which can be used to set stable pressure in heat supply systems, hot and cold water supply of utilities, as well as industrial facilities and various technologies. Pressure regulator with reduction gear comprises housing with inlet and outlet holes and seat arranged therein. Controller has an electric motor drive with a self-braking sliding reduction gear, in which a spindle thread-screw bushing is mechanically transmitted due to friction-sliding forces imparts translational and rotational motion to the screw to the spindle with a torsion disk, which, through ball transmission, namely thrust bearings, pressed by spring washer, creates torque of spindle rotation due to friction-rolling inertia. Thus, there is created a possibility of spindle translational motion with plate-type control element reducing conditions for resonant oscillations.
EFFECT: simplified design of pressure regulator due to creation of sliding reduction gear, having gears with sliding friction force and rolling friction force, in combination of which there is a common gear with optimum gear ratio and high efficiency with self-braking, allowing to reduce conditions for occurrence of resonance oscillations in pipeline at operation of electromotive drive with reduction gear.
