FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: spindle is positioned in case 1 provided with roller bearing 2 and two thrust bearings one of which is roller bearing 3 and the other is liquid friction bearing. The spindle is detachable and consists of clutch part 4 and disk 5 interconnected with a hydraulic cylinder. At least one additional outlet slot throttle is positioned on the bearing surface of the liquid friction bearing made up of mating case 1 and disk 5. The hydraulic cylinder, which connects the two parts of the spindle, is made up of chamber 6 and rod 7. The chamber is central from the side of disk. The rod is screwed in disk 5 and locked with nut 8. Plunger 9 is mounted at the other end of the rod. There is passage 10 for connecting with under-piston space 11 in clutch part 4. The space, in turn, is coupled with an external pressure source through an outlet slot throttle. Chamber 6 is coupled with drain pipe 12. Milling cutter 18 is secured to disk 5 with screws 17.
