FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to multilayer building panels from environmentally friendly materials for use as a bearing, self-bearing and enclosing structure of walls and partitions, as well as panels of floors, in construction of low-rise buildings and structures for various purposes. In the multilayered building panel, comprising a frame consisting of longitudinal and transverse walls, outer and inner lining and multilayer filler containing reed stems and foamed polyurethane, frame is made assembled of two external and one intermediate frames, both external frames are filled with reed stems and foamed polyurethane, closed by skin on one side, and on the other side facing the intermediate frame, are covered with vapor-hydraulic insulation material and equipped with a grid board, wherein the intermediate frame is filled with a mineral insulation material, wherein the outer surface of the foamed polyurethane, which is treated at the moment of its foaming with perlite, is made smooth. One or two walls of the frame are equipped with ledges, and opposite walls are equipped with slots made by shifting one of frames of the frame by the thickness of its wall. Frame outer frames are made from glass-magnesium sheets. Filler from reeds stems is made in the form of reed mats.
EFFECT: technical solution improves heat and sound insulation properties of multilayer structural panels, increases their strength characteristics and improves quality of lining.
