FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to structures of building panels. Construction panel comprises a frame unit including a rectangular frame with a heat-insulating layer and polyurethane foam, wherein also comprises two flat building elements, each of which is made with possibility of restraining the spread of polyurethane foam and is fixed inside rectangular frame parallel to its surface plane, wherein heat-insulating layer is arranged between two flat building elements while polyurethane foam is poured over every flat building element on opposite side of said heat-insulating layer. Rectangular frame is made of two long frame elements, which are connected to each other by two short frame elements by means of metal angles, besides, each long frame element is made with L-shaped slot along its entire length from above and from below. L-shaped grooves of two long frame elements from above and from below are connected to each other by means of heat insulation clamping elements, which are inserted and fixed in L-shaped slots of two long elements of the frame both from above and from below, and the heat-insulating layer is made in the form of a solid reed laid under the clamping elements and under the flat construction element. A version of the construction panel is also described.
