Central console assembly comprises a storage compartment and a co-operable cover, a cup holder outside the storage compartment and a console tray. Console tray has a storage slot, first and second mounting elements. First mounting element is configured to fix console tray in first position within storage compartment, and second mounting element is configured to fix console tray in second position within cup holder.
EFFECT: higher universality of storage of motor vehicle console assembly.
