FIELD: cyber-security.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of sonification of cybersecurity events. Cybersecurity event data are collected, which include IP addresses of network exchange nodes, network ports, connection time between nodes and response of network protection means to said connections. Obtained events of cybersecurity are aggregated according to various criteria in accordance with the selected sonification model. Statistical characteristics of aggregated events are calculated in a given time interval. Sonification scheme for event is generated based on said statistical characteristics of connections between network nodes. Sound notifications are generated for incoming notifications of cybersecurity in accordance with said sonification scheme.

EFFECT: high efficiency of responding to emerging events of cybersecurity in network zones owing to use of a scheme of events sonification.
