FIELD: automation devices.

SUBSTANCE: software-defined automated system is proposed for this purpose. In some embodiments, the SDA system may include a localized subsystem including a system controller node and multiple computing nodes. Multiple computation nodes can be functionally connected to a system controller unit via a first communication network. System controller unit may control several computing units and virtualization of the control system at the computing node through the first communication network. Virtualized control system includes virtualized control system elements connected to a virtual network which is connected to a second communication network, in order to control the physical control system element through a second communication network connected to the virtual network.

EFFECT: technical result is the creation of means which provide a reference architecture for designing, managing and maintaining a highly available, scalable and flexible automated system.
