FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to hydrotreatment and related compositions of pre-sulphurated catalyst. Described is a hydroprocessing method using a pre-sulphided catalyst, involving: providing a sulphided catalyst to an oil refiner for use in a hydrotreatment reactor, wherein the sulphided catalyst is obtained by: contacting a catalyst capable of forming a sulphide containing a Group VIB or Group VIII metal, with sulfur, olefin and triglyceride; heating the mixture to form a pre-sulphurated catalyst; adding hydrogen to the pre-sulphided catalyst outside the hydrotreatment reactor to form a sulphided catalyst; sulphided catalyst loading into hydrotreatment reactor and catalytic hydrotreatment of hydrocarbon material in reactor under action of pre-sulphided catalyst without running-in period.
EFFECT: technical result is providing an economic advantage for the plant operator and eliminating problems associated with the use of hydrogen sulphide, liquid sulphides, polysulphides and/or mercaptans for sulphurisation of catalysts.
