FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing olefins and/or dienes, involving partial evaporation of non-gasoline crude oil to form a liquid fraction and a vapor fraction; overheating said steam fraction to form a superheated steam fraction; hydrotreating said liquid fraction to obtain a hydrotreated liquid; partial evaporation of said hydrotreated liquid to form a second vapor fraction and a second liquid fraction; partial evaporation of said second liquid fraction to form a third vapor fraction and a third liquid fraction; hydrocracking a third liquid fraction to obtain a hydrocracked effluent stream; separation of said hydrocracked effluent to obtain a light hydrocracked fraction and a heavy hydrocracked fraction; hydrocracking said heavy hydrocracked fraction with conversion of hydrocarbon components contained therein into hydrocarbons of the naphtha fraction and obtaining a second hydrocracked effluent stream; separation of said second hydrocracked effluent to obtain a second light hydrocracked fraction containing hydrocarbons of the naphtha fraction, and a second heavy hydrocracked fraction; partial evaporation of said second heavy hydrocracked fraction to obtain a fourth vapor fraction and a fourth liquid fraction; thermal cracking of (i) said superheated steam fraction, (ii) said third steam fraction, (iii) said second steam fraction, (iv) said fourth steam fraction, (v) said second light hydrocracked fraction and (vi) said fourth liquid fraction to obtain output streams of thermally cracked hydrocarbons, each containing a mixture of olefins and paraffins. Invention also relates to an embodiment of the method of producing olefins and/or dienes.

EFFECT: increased output of olefins, longer duration of working cycle and possibility to process raw material containing heavy hydrocarbons.
