FIELD: hydraulic engineering; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined sheet pile walls and can be used in hydraulic engineering during construction of sea and river berths, as well as in civil and industrial construction. Combined sheet pile wall comprises bearing tubular piles and locking elements alternating therewith, connected to piles by grips and ledges of tongue-and-groove joints, wherein each gripper is made with a lock cavity and a mouth, and each projection is made with a crest placed in the lock cavity of the adjacent pile grip. Each pile is equipped with two grippers, each of which is made in the form of a holder welded by side surface to tubular pile so that mouths of holders of all tubular piles of sheet pile wall are directed transversely to neutral axis of sheet pile wall and face towards soil filling. Each closing element is made in the form of arch, to both longitudinal edges of which are welded protrusions, flanges of which are arranged in cavities of shells of adjacent tubular piles with formation of lock connections, which axes are located across neutral axis of sheet pile wall.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of strength and reliability of sheet pile wall and its elements without increasing metal consumption by creation of such wall structure, in which lock joints would work for compression and did not experience forces acting on opening of locks, or such forces would be minimum.
