FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used in the construction of berths, sluices, dams, dock structures, mooring bays, bridge supports; erection of retaining walls; bank protection, water intake and drainage structures; treatment facilities, collectors, tunnels, underground structures, circular closed and open structures, fences; arranging pits, slopes, foundations, trench walls. The sheet pile wall consists of U-shaped bearing sheet piles with hook-shaped locking elements at the ends with a staggered arrangement of the piles in the wall. Between the piles in the wall directed in different directions, Z-shaped or S-shaped piles are additionally installed, at the ends of which hook-shaped locking elements directed in different directions are made, some of which are in engagement with the hook-shaped locking elements of the U-shaped piles of the upper row, while others are in engagement with the hook-shaped latching elements of the U-shaped piles of the lower row.
EFFECT: invention increases the bearing capacity of the sheet pile wall, reduces its material consumption, reduces labor intensity and costs for manufacturing and installation.
