SUBSTANCE: annular tape magnetic conductor formed by variable-width tape winding has ellipsoidal cross-section, and magnetic conductor winding tape has geometric shape described by parametric relationship
x is tape length; y is band width relative to axis of longitudinal symmetry; ϕ – parameter displaying increment of polar angle corresponding to rotation of radius vector during magnet core winding; l=πd is length of median axial line with diameter d of magnetic conductor; r is radius of semi-circular part of ellipse-like magnetic conductor cross-section; a is distance between centers of semicircular parts of ellipse cross-section of magnetic conductor (at a=0 is circular cross-section); δ is thickness of tape with applied insulation. Unified assembled structure of annular magnetic conductor consists of at least one cylindrical element with rectangular cross section and two end elements with a semicircular cross-section or comprising a semi-circle in the form of a part of the cross section, which together form an elliptical cross-section of the magnetic conductor. Magnetic conductor with ellipsoidal cross-section provides power transformers and throttles with minimum weight, dimensions and own heat release and provides increased resource reliability, which is essential, for example, for aerospace engineering and missile building.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the reliability.
