SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to food freezing appliances. Plate quick-freezing apparatus comprises a package of freezing plates (1), each of which has first and second surfaces (2, 3), limiting empty inner space. Refrigerant is circulated in this space. Each freezer plate has at least one opening (10, 11). At least one solid rod (12, 13) is inserted into the combined holes in the package of freezing plates, at the first end of which there is driving device (20, 21). Connecting elements (14) are arranged in connection with the said at least one rod. Connecting elements can be brought into locked position with said rod. Said rod and connecting elements can move simultaneously, that is to receive unlocked position. In the unlocked position, the rod can move relative to the connecting element.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions makes it possible to reduce the overall height of the tiled quick-freezing machine having a certain power, and also to reduce the time for product freezing.
