FIELD: refrigeration equipment, particularly stationary devices, for example cold rooms.

SUBSTANCE: line has quick-freezing apparatus communicating with liquid nitrogen tank, storage chamber for frozen products, system for nitrogen gas removal from quick-cooling apparatus, coolant distribution system having valves and used for coolant distribution into line and cooling apparatus. Cooling and quick-freezing apparatuses have common conveyer for bird carcasses arrangement. Packing table for wrapping frozen bird carcasses is installed between quick-freezing apparatus and storage chamber. Quick-freezing apparatus communicates with cooling apparatus through pipeline by means of exhaust fan arranged at product inlet of quick-freezing apparatus, and by means of valve. Cooling apparatus is connected to tank by another pipeline and valve. Cooling apparatus also communicates with storage chamber by pipeline and exhaust fan installed at product inlet of cooling apparatus. Storage chamber is linked to tank by pipeline having valve.

EFFECT: reduced time of product freezing, increased frozen product quality, elimination of product mass losses, improved product appearance.
