SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for manufacturing of reinforcement and can be used in production of reinforcement frames for concrete pipes with flanged coupling. Proposed device comprises diverting device (20) with one pusher extending to change radial position of appropriate permutation element for lengthwise reinforcement wire via gear of spreader device, in particular, during reinforcement process. Adjustable device has at least one forming pusher, for movement of which there is a permutation drive, wherein for linear motion of the forming pusher relative to the pivoting pusher, the setting drive rests on the pivoting pusher.

EFFECT: production of reliable reinforcement frame of specified structure.
