FIELD: cutting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cutting device for cutting a rubber sheet member with a cord carcass. The device contains a transport mechanism, which houses a rubber sheet element with a cord frame, a blade-receiving section, a rotary return mechanism and a cutting blade. The blade receiving portion is located on one side of the surface in the direction of the thickness of the rubber sheet member, and the cutting blade is located on the other side of the surface and is held by the holder rotating about the axial center. Before cutting the rubber sheet member, the rotary return mechanism applies a rotary return force to the cutting blade, which restores the direction of advancement of the cutting edge in accordance with the predetermined direction of movement.
EFFECT: invention ensures accurate cutting of the rubber sheet between and along the cords.
