FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to compacting of soil and pavement. Represents a strong housing, in which there is an electrohydraulic chamber with electrodes, hydraulic accumulator, pistons with rods and in one of the pistons there are valves for interaction of hydraulic accumulator with electrohydraulic chamber. Working element is made in form of rollers or impact plate. In upper part of device there are two levers interacting with rods of pistons and working element. Device can operate both in static controlled mode and in vibrator mode.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities and higher efficiency.
