FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: power plant contains a drive with cylinder piston group, engine cooling system with temperature regulating system and with steam generator, fuel system with thermochemical reactor for obtaining of synthesis - gas and with reactor for obtaining of hydrogen and oxygen. Steam generator is made in the form of annular chamber divided with a partition wall into two parts, equipped with tangential connection pipes for supply and removal of cooled medium and with steam channel connected via pipeline to thermochemical reactor. Cooling liquid temperature control system is made in the form of gate valve fitted with elastic heat-resistant membrane brought into action with temperature-sensitive substance and acting as actuating element shutting off the cross-section of the gate valve. Reactor for obtaining of hydrogen and oxygen is designed from two coaxial pipes that are high voltage electrode. The piston consists of two moving parts, connected to each other with stem with round toe. In the upper part of the piston the surfaces of the parts are separated by thin conducting round plates, isolated from the piston, connected through mobile contact with the high voltage source. In the lower part of the piston and in its respective part of the cylinder the side walls are also separated from each other by thin metal surfaces, isolated from the housing of piston and cylinder by surfaces, connected through mobile contact to the high voltage source.
