FIELD: excavation and moving of soil.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating equipment used for opening of main pipelines. Rotary cantilever 5 with hydraulic cylinders of drive 6 is added to standard working equipment of multi-bucket excavator, and in its lower part, through scraper 7, scraper 9 and wire brush 10 with rotation drive are installed. Crank arm 15 is hinged to cantilever 5, roller 16 is arranged at its lower end, and contactor 17 of displacement sensors 18 arranged on cantilever is arranged on top end. At continuous displacement of the excavator automatic control of height of cutting edges of buckets relative to the pipeline is provided, regardless of varying surface relief. At the same time the excavator movement speed is automatically adjusted depending on the load on the working equipment. Driver is left with the operation of correcting the movement of the excavator along the course, but it is also considerably simplified by installing a video camera and a monitor in the cabin on the console. Image on the screen of the pipeline and index side planks give complete information on mutual position of the working element and the pipeline, which simplifies control of the working process.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and reduced power consumption of excavator.
